Before manufacturing, all information relating to the model, dimensions, finish and delivery times is confirmed with the customer.

Please report the problem within 48 hours of receipt , accompanied by photos of the packaging and the part.

Manufacturing defect or non-conformity
If the part has a defect or does not correspond to the validated order, we undertake to repair, replace or offer a suitable solution .

Before production begins, all details regarding the model, dimensions, finish, and production time are confirmed with the client.
