Produit endommagé à la livraison Merci de signaler le problème dans un délai de 48 heures après réception, accompagné de photos de l’emballage et de la pièce.
Défaut de fabrication ou non-conformité Si la pièce présente un défaut ou ne correspond pas à la commande validée, nous nous engageons à réparer, remplacer ou proposer une solution adaptée.
