Each ceramic lamp is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of these pieces, made-to-order lamps cannot be exchanged or refunded after the order has been confirmed.

Before manufacturing, all information relating to the model, dimensions, finish and delivery times is confirmed with the customer.

Exceptions

An exchange or a solution may be offered in the following cases:

• Product damaged upon delivery
  Please report the problem within 48 hours of receipt , accompanied by photos of the packaging and the part.

• Manufacturing defect or non-conformity
  If the part has a defect or does not correspond to the validated order, we undertake to repair, replace or offer a suitable solution .

Characteristics of handcrafted pieces

Each lamp is handmade: slight variations in texture, shape or enamel may appear and are part of the unique character of the piece.

The prices shown do not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs are carefully calculated based on the destination, size and fragility of each item, to ensure secure shipping via FedEx.

Each ceramic piece is carefully packaged with respect for the piece, in order to ensure its protection throughout transport.

Orders are shipped once the item is completed, according to the manufacturing time indicated at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation upon shipment.

We take great care with every shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt , sending us photographs of the package and the item.

Atelier HD offers international delivery to all destinations worldwide.
The packages are shipped via FedEx.

Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Pre-ordered and limited edition items cannot be cancelled.

Please note that shipments outside Belgium may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please contact your local customs office for more information on applicable duties and taxes in your country. Furthermore, we are legally required to declare the full value of the package contents, and we cannot alter the value on your invoice or receipt.
