 It simply plugs into a socket and can be hung in different ways: on a wooden support (available as an option at a price of €12) , on a wall hook or any other suitable hanging point.

    Before manufacturing, all information relating to the model, dimensions, finish and delivery times is confirmed with the customer.

    Exceptions

    An exchange or a solution may be offered in the following cases:

    • Product damaged upon delivery
      Please report the problem within 48 hours of receipt , accompanied by photos of the packaging and the part.

    • Manufacturing defect or non-conformity
      If the part has a defect or does not correspond to the validated order, we undertake to repair, replace or offer a suitable solution .

    Each lamp is handmade: slight variations in texture, shape or enamel may appear and are part of the unique character of the piece.

    Exchange and Refund Policy

    Each ceramic lamp is handcrafted and made to order . Due to the artisanal and custom nature of these pieces, lamps made on demand cannot be exchanged or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

    Before production begins, all details regarding the model, dimensions, finish, and production time are confirmed with the client.

    An exchange or another appropriate solution may be offered in the following cases:

    Product damaged during delivery
    Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package , including photos of both the packaging and the piece.

    Manufacturing defect or non-conformity
    If the piece presents a defect or does not correspond to the confirmed order, we will repair, replace, or propose an appropriate solution .
