    Exceptions

    An exchange or a solution may be offered in the following cases:

    • Product damaged upon delivery
      Please report the problem within 48 hours of receipt , accompanied by photos of the packaging and the part.

    • Manufacturing defect or non-conformity
      If the part has a defect or does not correspond to the validated order, we undertake to repair, replace or offer a suitable solution .
